Hi, I work in a HPC platform where where users do not have write access the globally installed software stack. As hh-suite is right now, users cannot set the databases path for hhpred, and therefore will have to do a local install. Would it be a possibility to allow the databases be in an environmental variable so that the users can set it on their local paths?
Do you mean the hhpred perl scripts for structure prediction?
That part of the hh-suite is currently completely unsupported as we our requests for continued funding were repeatedly denied.
