metaEuk does not output a gff #33

Expected Behavior

instructions say that metaeuk easy-predict will produce a gff summary file as part of the unitesetstofasta command.

Current Behavior

result TSV file present but not .gff file

Is there a flag that is supposed to be used to have metaEuk produce a gff file?

Hey,

Which MetaEuk version are you using? This feature was added recently and is only available since the latest release 5-34c21f2
