mmseqs extractorfs can tranlate orfs but cli does not allow to specify tranlation table

Unless this is a hidden option.

mseqs extractorfs -h shows all hidden options. With -h set you can see --translation-table INT.

I didn't notice that you posted this in the plass repository. Same is true for plass -h.
