Rotoblin restarts server as soon as people join #57

Just tried setting up Rotoblin on one of our forks, running MM 1.90.768 and SM 
1.4.1, first running the downloaded SMXes and compiling from source to see if 
that remedied the problem.

Server restarts as soon as people join, and then goes into an eternal restart 
sequence until its manually shut down.

Not much to go on, but I did notice these
