16 px for nodes. Maybe 24 or 32 pixels for craftitems, as because the texture is not displayed on a cube, pixellation is more visible. Style: rather dark but realistic. Avoid bright colors that would make the world look like a cartoon.
I'm starting out with PixelPerfectionv3.6. I've loved this texture pack and it's CC-BY-SA-4.0 Xssheep. It converts well in mcresconvert, so I might just try to avoid doing textures altogether as long as I can by using this fantastic set.
I've converted the default character skin to a multi-layer skin for the default player model skin, and this is looking well.
Hey I've made a book texture that is 24x Open and Closed
I was thinking maybe making your books work using HUD Click to open book Book changes to open book HUD with contents of book shows up You can walk and read Click to close book and HUD
I can make different textures for the various books in-game
I've also made some scrolls
P.S. @sofar I'm very interested in this project and would like to help. If I can (Note: I made these textures for atwt, they were not pre-made)
These are great. However, I've pretty much discontinued this project entirely. Much of the ideas of this project lives on in the hidden worlds project, instead.
Oh that's too bad... I guess I'll just have to make a 24x24 texture pack XD I'm working with Ezhh on The Hidden Worlds doing textures.
