Fix #38

Some important update:

update curator to 4.0.1 which is the same version that sofarpc use.
update spring-data-releasetrain to Neumann-SR9 that compatible with SOFABoot 3.10.0
Fix testcases cause Spring Boot 2.6.3 disable some actuator by default.
Fix #36 , the artifactId in README is wrong.
