Where should I post the document about APM supported by SkyWalking? #13

First of all, thank the SOFA community to contribute the plugin to Apache SkyWalking. For letting more users know that, they can choose SkyWalking as their APM solution when you try to use the SOFA.

I hope we can add some document to guide users. Do you have any suggestion?
