Take into account the contentinset.top when layouting the contentView #58

If this is not done, the pull to refresh contentView is visible at the top of the actual scrollView content even when content offset. y = 0

Is this fixed now?

Not sure, I simply closed the PR since it was more then a year and a half old and not getting merged. Sorry
