iPhone5 SSHudView not covering whole screen #149

I noticed there has been a previous issue report about this (https://github.com/soffes/sstoolkit/issues/145) but I believe I'm using the latest version of SSToolKit (downloaded master zip) from here. But it still doesn't cover the whole screen. What am I missing?

Please attach a test project that reproduces this issue using the latest version of SSToolkit

My mistake, I had forgotten to clean my project after updating to the new version. Sorry.
