Hierachical (correlated) bkgs

Now works atleast for GERDA alone, L200 alone or L200 + GERDA. You turn it on by adding a "correlated" key to the "bkg" dict

I wonder if it will work, didnt think much about it, ofc you can still run it and itll run, but im not sure if the results are meaningful
