part of the toolbar is hidden when editing #144

  1. When editing using the pen toolbar, the rightside may be hidden by the browser.
  2. When editing with small screens, the toolbar has more possibilities to be hidden. Better idea is to make toolbar more responsive. screen shot 2015-04-07 at 17 05 29
