Circle counter starts count on page load not on scrolling #1047

Circle counter starts count on page load not on scroll view, so if you put counters somewhere at the bottom of page, counters already stop count while you scroll to them. P.S. Simple Counters works as needed. Thank you.

*Also would be helpful to have duration (speed) option for Circle Counters as simple counter has, as well as option to choose - animate only once or on each pov entering . Thank you.
