Adding alternate static item at the end of a post loop

1. Adding a post loop builder that displays 8 posts
2. Adding an alternate static item
3. Choose to display static item to the end so postion 8 of your post loop
4. Instead of displaying 7 posts + static item post loop displays only 7 posts
