V2RC1 : Number Counter - Content Settings for HTML tags do not affect Number Styles. #1123

The number counter has a setting titled 'HTML Tags' for making the Number h1, h2, h3 etc.... When setting this, the number does not get global styles for those tags. There is a more specific rule applied to the number counter forcing 64px size even when no size is set in Typography.
