ACF Fields Not Appearing In Dynamic Data Chooser When ACF Field Group Has "parent page" Condition

I've created an ACF field and applied it to pages that have a specific parent page. When I access the backend of the site it shows all the ACF fields as it should but when I edit the template that applies to that page it doesn't show any ACF fields.

If I apply the ACF field group to all pages then breakdance picks it up but I shouldnt have to do that.

Steps to reproduce: Create ACF field group and apply to pages with a certain parent page Add a breakdance template and apply to pages with the same parent page edit template and try to dynamically add data from ACF field

I think it would be best to show all ACF fields when editing templates and global blocks as that way we can add whatever we need
