Buddyboss integration #1295

The plugins for Buddyboss (https://www.buddyboss.com/) and Oxygen don't work together. I contacted Buddyboss about this already. Essentially, if Oxygen is installed, the Buddyboss theme options disappear.

I noticed two different problems with Buddyboss and Oxygen.

    1. While the forum (former bbPress) output of Buddyboss appears to be custom Wordpress posts and can be styled with Oxygen I found no way to style the social framework (former Buddypress) output with Oxygen.

  2. In an attempt to find a workaround I tried to use Elementor and an add-on called Buddy Builder to style the Buddyboss output within the "Inner Content" section of Oxygen. That simply did not work. Nothing appeared there when Oxygen is enabled. I already informed the developer of Buddy-Builder and they look into that.
