The Autodescription SEO Plugin / The SEO Framework does not work fully with Oxygen:

Hello!

Oxygen doesn’t seem to store your content in the default WordPress content field, which we use to parse the description. So, this is why the description generator doesn’t work.

Nevertheless, if you can enter a custom description that outputs correctly on the front-end, then the plugin and Oxygen should be fully compatible.

Since we do not have access to Oxygen, if you require support with integrating TSF in Oxygen, please use their support channels. Here you can learn more about asking support about commercial software on these forums.

Would like that to be remedied. Could The SEO Framework be integrated into Oxygen?

Is anything on this github actually getting replies? https://wpdevdesign.com/fix-for-yoast-seo-in-oxygen/ There is even a fix to just copy

For me specifically, I can get the TSF UI showing on template pages but it won't add the meta content to the output page. I am using templates for archives.

I understand why this is as you don't want metadata from the template doubling up on the page the template produces. But templates for archives are different. Those archive pages show up on the front end looking like normal pages but there seems to be no way to add TSF metadata to the page.

It would be nice to see if templates that are used for archives either automatically enable the inclusion of SEO plugins metadata or give us the option to turn it on.

I am going to switch back to Rank Math or Yoast I guess for the time being. I wonder if Syber in the original post (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/oxygen-builder-4/#post-13373888) is saying that if the Oxygen template is edited in such a way that it would work with the SEO Framework and that s/he needs but lacks access to Oxygen to test or demonstrate that. Too bad that topic is closed... Is there is any problem with sharing a current Oxygen download with another dev for testing purposes?
