Describe the bug
Page attributes that contain the templates for the default or previously creaated normal WP templates do not apply and do nothing. Very confusing to client.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Edit any post or Page using either Classic or Gutenberg editors using either Oxygen 3.5 or even 3.6 Alpha 1
Expected behavior
Either hide the Page Attribute panel or better yet, for the new 3.6 populate the panel with the list of defined templates!
What actually happens
Useless and confusing panel is displayed.
