Maintenance mode #2298

Describe the feature you'd like to see included in Oxygen. A clear, detailed description of the feature you're requesting.

Maintenance mode, which will show only 1 selected page on the site. Example: Right now the site is improving! Please, come back later! Possibility to generate private key\url for access to the site for the client or user. Option to select users roles groups which will see\don't see a maintenance page.

What are the use cases for this feature? e.g. Accessibility, e-commerce store that sells bicycles, etc.

A very popular feature for all Oxygen users, who don't have the possibility to write maintenance mode functionality.

Examples of this feature or functionality. If another product has done it well, provide examples here.

I really would like to see Oxygen shipped with a Maintenance Mode feature. The site should show a (to defined) page when in maintenance mode. Also a secret access key link for users who like to checkout the site while in maintenance mode, would be great.
