A clear, detailed description of the feature you're requesting.
I have a couple of animated gif on my page and I would like to have an easy page preloader element in Oxygen. The preloader could have different option (preset, animated gif preloader, etc...)
What are the use cases for this feature?
My page takes a few seconds to load. I do not want the user to see the page with missing animation. I would rather have the user to see a page preloader (e.g. animated logo).
