Wld like to open feature request for scrollspy indicator for onepage websites. This Indicator is available in different frameworks since years - time to implement in Oxygen

@bottar Not against your feature request (or speaking on behalf of Oxygen) as a long-term solution, but short-term, you could just do it yourself with gumshoe... very lightweight. https://github.com/cferdinandi/gumshoe
