Styled changes made to elements inside repeaters not seen inside builder

Describe the bug With elements inside of a repeater, we are no longer able to see visual style changes when changing inside any of the breakpoints. The previous CSS is always overriding it when viewing in the builder.

Note - this is only affecting what we see inside the builder, the styles are actually correctly being added on the front.

Steps to reproduce -

• Add a repeater with at least a couple of posts.
• Add an element like a heading
• change one CSS property like font size or colour and amend over a few different breakpoints.
• Save and refresh the builder.
• Go back to the element and try to change the CSS property at any breakpoint (not including all devices)
• Notice you don't see any visual change. The new styles are not seen as the old styles are overriding.
