Reusable part conditional settings not working in this case #2628

I want to display a banner for a specific time, I have set it up like this but I am keep seeing the display in the editor when conditions. I noticed this issue only shows when working in a reuseable part. When placed in a template or on a page it works like it should. So this might be a bug?
