Meta Box Single Image Sub Field Not Displaying

I created a Meta Box Field Group and assigned it to the About Us page.

The field group consists of one Group with 3 Sub Fields... Profile Image, Name, and Bio This group was set to be cloneable and sortable so I could use it in a repeater.

I successfully got the repeater added and connected to this field group in the query settings. I added an image block in Oxygen and connected the Profile Image field. I also added two text blocks for Name and Bio and used dynamic data to connect them to appropriate custom fields.

Unfortunately, the image block does not display the image on the front end (or in the builder). The text blocks display normally.

When I inspect the About Us page, I see this url for the image:
