4.0 beta 1, image element, images reverts to 'Media Library' placement option after upgrading #2745

Describe the bug After upgrading Oxygen to 4.0 beta 1, all images that were placed using 'Image URL' (Oxygen default), are now marked in the back-end placed with the Media Library. View attached screen:

This does not affect front-end display of image, as settings for Image URL still remains (albeit with another bug reported in another post).

IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE A SANDBOX REPRODUCTION: Steps required to reproduce the bug:

  1. Install Oxygen 3.9
  2. Create a new page, place images using default Image URL option.
  3. Upgrade to 4.0 beta 1
  4. Revisit page-builder environment for page edited.

Confirmed and slated for a fix in beta 2.

The default is supposed to be "Media Library" for new images, but this shouldn't be changing images already set up using "Image URL."
