DONE: Add support for MetaBox.io #302

Add support for another cool CF framework Metabox.io (https://metabox.io/) as ACF has this too.

For example I want to use the Oxygen gallery element with the Metabox Advenced Images https://docs.metabox.io/fields/image-advanced/

Which will going to output the Oxy gallery from MetaBox field.

Waiting for this too. Because for example now I use the posts featured image field, not the custom field image I would like to use, I could use the shortcode [rwmb_meta id="field_id" size="thumbnail"] but the problem with that is that I cannot control a whole lot of things the (easy) way I can with non-shortcode elements, like setting the width for an Image element, or even background image.
Using custom shortcode/function is probably not on option for me, to much hassle, if doable for me at all..

Despite it is an Alpha version, I started testing it a bit and noticed some issues:

When using a Custom Table to store the Metabox field values, then images don't show up in the oxy gallery - though it works nicely when using the default post meta table to store the custom fields.

Another issue with images is when using a clonable group and a repeater. When having an image field in the clonable group the images don't show, regardless if custom table or default post meta table is used.

I noticed that Metabox stores the image ID and then when adding an image in the repeater and using the Metabox Group option it returns the following on the front end: http://(ID number)

Hopefully that the issue with the custom table can get sorted out easy, as this can improve site performance quite a bit on larger sites.

Else it's a real great update, well done, congrats Oxygen Team :-)

Thanks for this addition, same for me on a local test I make my own featured image (just one) and it don't appear in a repeater with an image module. Also if I add tha composite component "Dynamic slider" it appear in the central window but not in the structure (something seem broken).

@BrunoPirard and @pedrostein make sure to report these on MetaBox’s GitHub and on FB for both MB and Oxygen, otherwise they might go unseen.

@Spellhammer the cloneable groups and fields still don't work as they should. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
