Hello @igvsupport,
Please send a support ticket to support@oxygenbuilder.com with login credentials to access the development environment above as well as a link to this issue so we may investigate further to see if there is anything we can do on our end.
Can the solution be posted? There are a lot of people using UM.
@dcolumbus,
I checked our support inbox and I don't believe we received any further information on this issue. If you have a sandbox where we can see the issue, please send the URL and credentials to us via a Support Ticket (https://oxygenbuilder.com/support).
@Kpudlo Sorry about the late response. We ended up using a workaround that our client is happy with.
We just utilized and styled the default WordPress wp-admin and its built-in Password reset. We changed the wp-admin URL to something more front-end friendly like "membership-login" instead. Also, the LoginWP(Peter's login redirect) plugin helped us move the correct user levels to their correct landing pages.
Sorry, not much help. I would need to re-create and rebuild the issue in a sandbox/test environment and I am not sure I would be able to give you anything deeper than just normal WordPress admin level access. I can have a quick meeting with my supervisor to see if we want to spend any more time on this as admittedly the Ultimate Membership Pro's login portal looks way better and cleaner.
I can also send a zip file of the Ultimate Membership Pro plugin and you can dig into it that way, if that works.
Thanks, Ryan
Thank you very much for the feedback. I'm glad to hear you were able to find a way to make this work. As this is more like an integration/feature request than a bug, there is no need to send us any additional files.
I'll mark this as a feature request, and in the event the integration is considered, we'll reach out to UMP directly.
Thank you!
Hello Oxygen team,
We are having issues with a membership plugin's login/password reset feature working with Oxygen. The plugin is titled Ultimate Membership Pro and it is developed by WP Indeed. See here: https://codecanyon.net/item/ultimate-membership-pro-wordpress-plugin/12159253
The issue is the following.
1.) A subscriber level user must be created. 2.) When going to the login page, there is a lost password option. 3.) This will prompt a username or email to be entered. 4.) An email is successfully sent to the associated address. 5.) There is a link in the email that will be present. 6.) When clicked, the error happens and no passwords are being reset. The debug mode shows this error. See image below.
Here is what I have done thus far.
1.) Made a blank/stripped own website with only Oxygen, Ultimate Membership Pro, and an SMTP plugin (for mail purpose of test)
Website for testing: https://blankmem.igvdev.net/ Link from my email that contains error as it pertains to Oxygen: https://blankmem.igvdev.net/?ihc_action=arrive&do_reset_pass=true&c=iLFsZgK4Nq&uid=2
2.) Tested this successfully with Oxygen disabled/using the Twenty Twenty-Two theme.
3.) Contacted WP Indeed support. They say their plugin is working fine and to reach out to you guys(Oxygen/Soffly). I know, not much help.
Let me know if this is indeed an Oxygen fix that can be made or if I should go back to the WP Indeed team and have them work on it. Also, let me know if I need to create a member account/Wordpress admin login account for anyone. Finally, if we need any more info to provided, let me know.
Thanks, Ryan
