I know this sounds really hard to get done but I tested the Oxygen Builder 4.5 on my mobile phone and there were only 2 issues that stopped me from editing my page via my phone.
The topmost bar that has the icon to save, I could slide to reach that icon so because of this I couldn't save my edits.
Very minor but important, just a few pixels at the bottom of left draw that has all the adjustment properties couldn't be reached.
Other than those 2 things, I would be so greatful to be able to make adjustments on my mobile phone
