Bug with the Effects > Box Shadow #3396

I found a potential bug with the Effects > Box Shadow. https://oxygen-qst4vqb64h9tl.oxygen-demo.qsandbox.org/sample-page/?ct_builder=true shadow-bug

Pretty self explanatory, but the sliders to edit the box shadow are not working properly when you only change the Shadow Blur and Shadow Spread. I coudn't figure out what the issue was until I zero'ed out both offsets. Thought you might like to know in case you'd like to have it automatically zero out the offsets if the user does not enter those values when changing the blur size and spread.
