We all know we can create a custom URL add a # and use it as a parent item in a menu structure, remove the # after creating the custom link and some themes with custom walkers will convert the parent item to a span.
I believe this would be a brilliant feature for Oxygen's menu blocks provided it was implemented in an accessibility compliant way.
