Convert all of a type of post to Gutenberg globally. #561

If I understand the request correctly, the user would like to see a single checkbox for all of a specific post type to be converted to Gutenberg, rather than having to click to convert each post to Gutenberg on the WordPress edit screen.

I would like to see that we could create Gutenberg page templates int he templates builder. The client can then pick a template from Gutenberg and add more blocks if admin thicked allowed in template settings.

I would also like to see that we could save divs, elements, etc to Gutenberg and not full sections. Create design barriers once using boxed layout and we just want the client to add content within the box and not a new box etc.
