Make Modals editable with Gutenberg Add-on #821

Describe the feature you'd like to see included in Oxygen. I would like my modals to be editable with the Oxygen Gutenberg add-on. In my opinion this is a crucial feature so clients can make content changes themselves.

Now they have to call/mail me in order to change their modals. For example: I have created this page:

When you click on a button to view more about the pricing table or modules then a modal appears. These modals contain lots of text which i want my client to be able to edit.

What are the use cases for this feature? I want my clients to be able to edit the modals I create for them. This is not possible at the moment.

Examples of this feature or functionality. The Brizy pagebuilder allows editors to edit/change pop-ups made with Brizy.
