Allow HTML in image captions for the gallery #90

Describe the feature you'd like to see included in Oxygen. The caption feature in the gallery element is just plain boring. We can just change the font and color and that's it. By allowing HTML in the caption, we will have much more control (visually speaking) and we could even add links. Unlimited possibilities = unlimited fun!

What are the use cases for this feature? It will make galleries look way better.

Heavy use of this in Elementor, which has a "boring", but HTML-enabled caption. There is no alternative in Oxygen without ACF plugin.
