Add tab and cursor colors #8

Additional coloring to resolve #2. The theme has way less contrast for me than the screenshot in the readme (in both gvim on Windows 7 and MacVim on Mojave), so I might open another issue for that.

I used the cursor color from the Atom theme, but I wasn't sure which colors were appropriate for the tabline so I did my best. Here's how it looks 🌸🗂️✨

Sorry for the delay in response, @codehearts. The tab line looks great and I think that was the right move re: the cursor color. This LGTM, @lovemecomputer.
