Equations not rendered in tutorials #626

For some reason the HTML tutorial pages generated by sphinx and nbconvert no longer have MathJax equations. See for example the Prediction tutorial in the latest v0.4.2 docs versus in the v0.3.2 docs. The failure started with trackpy v0.4. The ipynb file as rendered by GitHub continues to have working equations.

Seems fixed as of #656
