Fix minor errors in docs #659

Collecting here to fix all at once:

[x] In Related Projects, the Kilfoil code link needs to be updated to point to https://github.com/rmcgorty/ParticleTracking-Python ; the Milne link needs to be updated or removed.
[ ] At the end of the Walkthrough, "class to manage storing an retrieving data" should be "and".

@nkeim I don't do a lot of notebooks currenlty, so I don't have a proper setup to change the example notebooks. But the first point I addressed in #660

Thanks @caspervdw ! I can edit the notebooks, but it is much better to make several fixes at once.
