Add quote_column_name to connection object. #19

This was causing a NoMethodError on a Rails 3 application.

I also need this. The Travis CI fails on master as well so that shouldn't prevent this from being merged in. @jarl-dk?

I will gladly include this. But in search of a test I am wondering what type of Rails 3 application code triggerede this issue. Can you ellaborate to help me create a test?
