ROS broadcasts fail for Pepper #79

As discussed in #78, with the latest pybullet version, The odometry cannot be broadcasted. The parameters passed to getBaseVelocity should be updated. Additionally, the laser broadcast for Pepper also seem to be broken.

Solved with release 1.4.5
