Description
Water properties currently hard-coded for water at 98C. At highest subcooling. See static values in docs/experiments/e230920_subcool/get_thermal_data.ipynb and docs/experiments/e230920_subcool/plot_tracks.ipynb, for instance. These values were sufficient for that experimental run, but need to vary with the recorded operating pressure.
