This is a ready to go for next version, in sync with updated GROBID and updated DeLFT 0,.3.0 (using now tensorflow 2 and with various improvements).

add context classification for software mentions (used, created, shared) and at document level.
update to DeLFT 0.3.0 with new models
update JEP
update dockerfile for new resources, models and updated libraries
improved URL recognition
add robustness with hyphenization
