Update dockerfile #36

This PR updates the docker file using the grobid full image as a docker based.

@kermitt2 I'm wondering whether we should use the CRF models or the DL (currently). We might not need most of them (header for example) but some, such as the citation model.

It could be merged with a squash as I did many commits due to a try-error approach :-)
