Bertsch Nederhof tests #61

This adds a couple of tests from Bertsch and Nederhof's paper of examples that fail in previous recovery algorithms; as expected, these pass with the MF recoverer, but it's nice to know.

Look ok. Do you want to merge that rust-nightly commit or leave as is?
