Reformatted the file structure to adhere to https://dart.dev/effective-dart/style.

Removed redundent files and cleaned up imports from "widget_test.dart".

Dart Docs builds locally but has a problem being deployed to github pages.

Oops. The documentation shouldn't regenerate unless master changes, should be fixed now.
