[x] Creates a basic schema for the database in assets/sql/schema.sql
[x] Creates a minimal SQL file containing data to populate the database assets/sql/populate.sql
[x] Create tables and populate database using files
[x] Create interface between Buildings database and Building objects
- Database class now contains a getAllBuildings() method that returns type List<Building>

The SQL files expanding upon but this provides a basic framework that creates and populates the database.

Before merging this PR, I'll update the building class in a different branch to allow this to be fully featured and ready for merging.
