Sof 40/feature/create building search object

Added 'Building Manager' that will be responsible for interfacing between building related domain layer objects and the UI Layer.

Re-arranged the test folder to include the ability to do different types of testing like component testing.

Added:

Validator (a static object that takes in a string and returns a bool for whether it is valid)
Validator unit tests
Building Manager (search method being 'getMatchingBuildings' which finds any building that contains the 'input' search term)
Building Manager unit tests
