Include R117, R118 and R119. There was a case where someone's relay was chattering because TX inhibit was floating with the new firmware. These FPGA inputs do no have internal pull-ups since they are clock inputs. So far we've been lucky without R117, but in some scenarios it will pick up enough RF during TX to cause TX to inhibit. I manually installed R117 on all build 7 units to prevent this.
