Port Taka's Audio Codec and Keyer Functionality #135

Port Taka's changes in https://github.com/ji1udd/Hermes-Lite2/tree/V3_Companion to the official gateware. An additional gateware release (just like the current 6RX release) can be made to support this work.

I don't intend to do this port, but will help facilitate it if someone else steps up. I would like it to be easier to extend and add functionality to the gateware.

Taka has ported his i2c support and adopted/enabled the openhpsdr keyer. This is now included as a standard variant release hl2b5up_ak4951v3.
