Receive-only gatewares #168

I see that there are _6rx gatewares in the archived folders, and a _widerx gateware in one of the testing folders, but there is preciously little information about them.

Could someone briefly explain the status of these gatewares? Are they usable? Are they any good? Are they still supported?
