Hardware: Better Cooling for AD9866 #81

HL2 beta5 AD9866 is running hot. Optional DB6 converted to surface mount footprint to not cut ground plane. One via moved to also not cut ground plane. Footprints without large manual soldering hole created. These will be used in the final assembly PCB gerber files.

Done, but no significant reduction seen.
