You are using "raw" URLs; I don't think we should do this.
In particular, when clicking the files in the rendered view, then we should not be taken to the raw view but rather to the real repo view.
I guess you want to use the raw URLs for actual access within the rendering process. That's Ok. However, please do URL mangling within the rendering process and use non-raw URLs for addressing.
BTW, the namespace approach #4 is helpful in this respect.
